CRE Private Equity Associate: Asset Strategy & Modeling
RETS Associates
A leading real estate private equity firm is seeking an Associate to join its asset management team in Washington, D.C. This role requires 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management or analysis, along with a strong academic background. The Associate will maintain detailed Excel models, create sensitivity models for decision-making, and actively participate in leasing and development strategy.
