Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.

• Implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate goals and therapeutic interventions specific to each client's needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions as well as group therapy and psychoeducation classes, employing evidence-based treatment modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and team members to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning to address urgent client needs effectively.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring accurate records of client progress and treatment adjustments.

• Lead support group sessions to foster community and share recovery strategies among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients facing substance use difficulties within a detox center context. You will be engaging with individuals from various backgrounds who are often experiencing significant mental health distress. Your expertise will not only guide them through detoxification but also lay the groundwork for their ongoing recovery post-detox.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient or mental health setting, preferably with exposure to substance use treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional to your base salary, we also offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
