This position is the first point of contact for current and prospective students and a resource for faculty members. The position maintains data collection systems for tracking student information, progress, and programs. Position responsibilities would prefer a candidate with the following skills: Strong administrative and office skills Experience with standard office software, especially databases and calendar/scheduling software Strong customer service skills Ability to communicate effectively Ability to work effectively with students, faculty/staff, and external stakeholders Ability to handle stressful situations Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Ability to maintain accurate records and files, both manual and electronic Ability to work independently Accounting principles, billing and bookkeeping skills This position is grant funded.
