USD Facilities Management is hiring for Facility Workers in the Custodial Services department. Duties include, but are not limited to: collect and remove trash; clean and dust furniture, windows, and walls; wet mop, strip and wax floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets; mop and/or buff floors; clean and disinfect bathrooms and restock supplies; room set ups; change light bulbs and clean light fixtures; remove snow/ice; report needed repairs; and maintain a safe environment by cleaning up spills and removing hazards. Hiring for multiple shifts. Starting rate is $16/hour with an excellent benefits package, including generous vacation and sick leave and 11 paid holidays per year. Multiple shifts available. USD Facilities Management is committed to the highest standard of customer relations principles for its customers, fellow staff members, students, and visitors. Staff will serve as role models by practicing exemplary behaviors when working with customers, fellow staff members, and the supervisory team.
