Field Service Technician Product Inspection

Eagle Product Inspection Field Service Technicians (FSTs) deliver world‑class customer support by performing start‑ups, audits, maintenance, repairs, and training for Eagle X‑Ray systems. They manage all aspects of field service—customer communication, scheduling, reporting, documentation and job management—while adhering to Eagle’s safety standards, procedures and best practices. What you will do Ensure compliance with all Eagle, MT‑PI and customer site safety requirements. Attend weekly service calls and execute scheduled service visits efficiently, balancing cost, time and customer expectations. Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, aiming for first‑time fix. Complete and submit accurate service reports, timesheets and expenses promptly. Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements. Maintain technical training, tools and company‑provided equipment. Participate in remote support and on‑call rotations, including weekend or after‑hours work. Uphold Eagle’s core values and Code of Conduct. Perform other duties as assigned.
