In this role, you'll lead the cross-functional success of construction projects across strategic market growth opportunities, with a particular focus on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) accounts. You'll oversee demand planning and execution of complex projects, driving collaboration between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Virtual Design & Construction, Product Management, and Customer Care to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and alignment with business objectives. This is an opportunity for a certified project manager with a proven track record to lead high-visibility, cross-functional work in a fast-paced environment.WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWNProject Execution & DeliveryLead end-to-end project execution, from demand planning and award through final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet or exceed customer expectations.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables across construction and EPC account engagements.Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.Coordinate internal teams and external entities to ensure seamless execution.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources across engagements.Cross-Functional Coordination & EPC Account SupportServe as the communication bridge between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functional teams to align priorities, timelines, and resource planning for EPC accounts.Assist in the development and deployment of sales initiatives specifically targeting EPC accounts.Obtain actionable information from sales, translating and coordinating data analytics to manufacturing and supply chain to drive product availability.Create and implement business strategies that align with EPC account revenue growth opportunities.Performance Monitoring & ReportingDevelop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project performance and efficiency.Track performance metrics and program milestones, identifying and implementing solutions and process improvements in support of continuous improvement and agility.Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders through executive updates, cross-functional briefings, and initiative reports.Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.WHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, sales operations, supply chain management, or a related leadership role.Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects.Ability to appropriately manage multiple (~5) projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesforce).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to project sites and client locations.WHAT SETS YOU APARTMaster's degree (MBA or related field) is a plus but not required.Project Management Certificate (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent).Experience in or exposure to EPC accounts, MEP systems, or technical sales environments.Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or technology industries.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous process improvement methodologies.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, demanding environment.Experience implementing and using artificial intelligence (AI) platforms to enhance project efficiency.Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts.WHAT WE OFFERBuild A Better CareerCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentivesCareer development programs and internal promotion pathways—we build from withinTuition reimbursement and continuous learning opportunitiesBuild A Better FutureComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverageRetirement savings plans with company matchLife insurance and disability coverageBuild A Better YouPaid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements where applicableEmployee Assistance Programs (EAP) and wellness resourcesInclusive, team-oriented culture where people look out for one anotherBuild A Better WorldJoin a company whose products contribute to a safer, more sustainable built environment every day.IMMIGRATION SPONSORSHIPVictaulic does not provide immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, TN, or other work visa sponsorship) for this position.
