Associate Manager - Finance

Overall Job Responsibilities The position is responsible for the overall accounting/MIS and costing functions, including audit, compliance and taxes under various laws and regulations. It prepares cost estimates of new or special products for establishing selling prices and production forecasts. Responsibilities MIS analysis Preparation of MIS reports on a monthly basis. Monthly CO-Closing activities On a monthly basis perform WIP run, variance calculation, and process order settlement in SAP. Highlight major differences observed during settlement (standard cost vs. process order cost) posted during revaluation of inventory to income/expenses of revaluation account. Review PP SAP Master – Master recipe, Resource Master Review and coordinate with plant technical team to ensure correct PP master data is maintained in the SAP system for overhead cost controlling. Set‑up system to allocate & recover overhead based on actual production Implement and maintain system for overhead allocation and recovery. Annual Budgeting activity Actively participate in annual budgeting to finalize Opex and budgeted standard cost for Monroe Plant based on the finalized product list. Product Costing Perform monthly product costing independently in SAP. Must have working experience in product costing in SAP. Internal Control area Analyze major expense categories to ensure internal controls are adhered to during processing. Accounts payable Handle vendor invoice booking and vendor payment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education BA/BS in Finance/Costing. Experience Minimum three (3) years of experience in working on product costing in SAP/FP&A. Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical) Minimum three (3) years of experience working on SAP for running costing cycle. Expertise in working on MS Excel. Working experience in basic accounting.
