Quality AuditorLocation: Greensboro, NCPosition Type: Quality Overview The Quality Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits of our manufacturing process and our products to identify any areas of improvement. In addition, the Quality Auditor will work with our Quality Assurance team to develop and implement new quality control procedures. Responsibilities Conduct in-process product quality audits to ensure items meet acceptance criteria Communicate findings with operator, supervisors and management Document results in D365 ERP system Specify, implement, and test quality management procedures and controls to ensure organizational compliance with regulatory and customer requirements Conduct audits of organizational processes, operations, and systems to identify and recommend changes and improvements Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management processes Train personnel in quality management Develop and implement procedures and controls to manage quality processes Maintain accurate documentation to support policies and procedures Ensure that policies and procedures are followed, and that all work is documented in the company’s document management system Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Extreme attention to detail Ability to interpret product drawings and tolerances Ability to utilize inspection and test equipment Ability to learn and understand a variety of product applications and functions Strong written and verbal communication skills – Bilingual skills a plus Must be team oriented Must be trustworthy, dependable, and self‑motivated Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to lift 50 lbs on occasion High School Diploma / GED Compensations and Benefits Competitive salary 401k with company match Participation in company health (medical, dental) insurance plans.
