Key Responsibilities Set up and operate machining equipment to produce precision components Perform milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and other bench operations Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications Inspect products and monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform routine machine maintenance and equipment care Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards What We’re Looking For We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing exceptional results.
