Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis and design for enterprise applications
• Guide development teams throughout SDLC
• Define coding standards, UI standards, and development methodologies
• Oversee code reviews, performance testing, security scans, and QA processes
• Identify and escalate technical risks and issues
• Review system architecture designs, schemas, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, REST APIs, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• 7+ years of experience with Git, build tools, browser debugging, and performance analysis
• 7+ years of experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and interactive prototyping
• 7+ years implementing WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA accessibility standards and usability best practices
• 6+ years collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA teams in full product development cycles
• 6+ years leading user research initiatives and translating findings into design recommendations
• Experience with Jira, UserTesting.com, SurveyMonkey, Miro, Mural, Excel, and collaboration tools
