Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis and design for enterprise applications
- Guide development teams throughout SDLC
- Define coding standards, UI standards, and development methodologies
- Oversee code reviews, performance testing, security scans, and QA processes
- Identify and escalate technical risks and issues
- Review system architecture designs, schemas, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members
Technologies & Environment:
- Java, J2EE, Eclipse, RAD
- WebSphere, MQ Series, SOA
- SQL, RESTful APIs, Web Services
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- React, Angular, Vue.js
- XML, XSLT, AJAX, JSF, Grails/Groovy
- Git, SVN, Maven, Webpack
- Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Oracle DB, MS SQL Server, Red Hat Linux, z/OS
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, REST APIs, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- 7+ years of experience with Git, build tools, browser debugging, and performance analysis
- 7+ years of experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and interactive prototyping
- 7+ years implementing WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA accessibility standards and usability best practices
- 6+ years collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA teams in full product development cycles
- 6+ years leading user research initiatives and translating findings into design recommendations
- Experience with Jira, UserTesting.com, SurveyMonkey, Miro, Mural, Excel, and collaboration tools
