We are currently seeking a results‑driven Sales Representative to help expand our market presence and build long‑term client relationships. Position Overview The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, conducting site assessments, and presenting tailored solutions for a range of facility services. This role requires regular travel to client sites across Florida, so candidates must be comfortable being on the road frequently. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and institutional markets Promote and sell a full suite of services, including: High‑rise and low‑rise window cleaning Caulking and sealing windows and joints Pressure washing building exteriors, walkways, and structures Leak detection and minor exterior repair Commercial janitorial services Travel regularly to conduct on‑site inspections and build client relationships Prepare customized proposals and presentations based on client needs Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution Stay current on industry trends, safety regulations, and service innovations Qualifications 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in facility services, construction, or property maintenance Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience with or willingness to learn about building exterior systems and janitorial services Self‑starter with strong time management and organizational skills Willingness and ability to travel regularly to client sites Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required What We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Professional training and ongoing support Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Backing of 4M Building Solutions, a trusted national brand #J-18808-Ljbffr 4M Building Solutions
