We are looking for outgoing, experienced Sales Professionals who possess great interpersonal and written communications skills. Pay averages $59,000 to unlimited after one year. You'll work in one of our 17 relaxed, state-of-the-art dealerships with full access to sell from over 7500 vehicles in our Boucher Central Inventory. Choose a half day and full day off during the week! We never work Sundays! Candidates must have a valid drivers license and be able to work some evenings and most Saturdays 8:45am to 5pm. We pay on accessories and customer surveys too!

Requirements:

• Greeting customers promptly
• Obtaining customer and vehicle information
• Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish follow up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
• Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explaining all completed work and charges to customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong automotive background
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
