Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Programs: Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy strategies that help them achieve their specific functional objectives.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand in hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nurses to deliver thorough, holistic care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Educate patients and caregivers about therapeutic techniques to promote sustained progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify therapy plans as necessary to keep patients on track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Commitment to ongoing education and post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
