Remote in US Arabic/English Bilingual – spoken and written required Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Nationally Certified 1099 – Independent Contractor (no benefits) Medsien is a leading provider of Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring services across the United States. Job Summary: Medsien is seeking a compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to serve as a Care Partner. The Care Partner will assist patients in enrolling into healthcare programs, maintain ongoing communication, and provide comprehensive, continuous support. Responsibilities Guide patients through enrollment for healthcare programs, ensuring accurate documentation. Assess patient eligibility for specific programs based on provided criteria. Conduct comprehensive consultations to gather information and explain program benefits. Document enrollment details and assess results accurately in electronic health records (EHR) or designated systems. Follow up on enrollment progress, coordinate with patients, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Educate patients on available Medsien programs. Adhere to HIPAA and privacy regulations, maintaining strict confidentiality. Stay informed on program updates and communicate changes to patients. Work collaboratively with providers, insurance companies, and social workers to ensure seamless enrollment. Requirements Active medical assistant certification from a nationally accredited institution (NHA, AAMA, NCCT, NAHP, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Empathy, compassion, and the ability to interact with patients sensitively. Attention to detail for accurate documentation. Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple enrollments. Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills. High level of professionalism and ethical conduct with sensitive information. Team‑player attitude with flexibility and adaptability.
