By combining an established operating rental business with a proprietary technology platform focused on fleet optimization, predictive maintenance, dynamic pricing, and data-driven customer acquisition, we are scaling toward a multi-location regional network. The Role We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all financial operations for a capital-intensive, multi-location equipment rental business. This role will oversee capital strategy, equipment financing, budgeting, forecasting, and investor relations as the company expands. What You'll Do Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the organization Structure and manage equipment financing, debt facilities, and the overall capital strategy Support fundraising initiatives, investor reporting, and board presentations Build and strengthen accounting operations, financial controls, and reporting infrastructure Partner closely with executive leadership on unit economics, pricing strategies, and expansion decisions Develop financial models and strategic analyses to support business growth Monitor cash flow, capital expenditures, and financial performance metrics Ensure compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements What You Bring 10+ years of finance leadership experience, preferably within asset-intensive, multi-location, real estate, rental, or related industries Hands‑on experience with equipment or asset financing, debt facilities, and capital raises Strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial controls, and investor relations experience Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Sbhonline
