About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to play a pivotal role in its leadership team. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO, overseeing all financial aspects including accounting, reporting, and internal controls. This hands-on position requires the CFO to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, as well as manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital. The role also involves maintaining relationships with lenders, particularly in the areas of credit facilities and borrowing-base reporting, and partnering with sales and operations on pricing, profitability, and retailer-related financial matters. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA being strongly preferred. A minimum of 12 years' progressive finance experience, including senior leadership, is required, with a background in manufacturing, consumer products, wholesale/retail, or other inventory-heavy environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inventory and cost accounting, working capital management, and managing lender relationships. Strong communication, business partnering skills, and the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution are essential for this role. The CFO will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performing finance team and enhancing financial systems and processes.
