Venue Operations Crew - Mystic Lake Amphitheater

Job Summary Venue Nation is seeking a Venue Operations Crew Member at Mystic Lake Amphitheater. The role is a part‑time seasonal position focused on ensuring the venue is show‑ready and delivering an exceptional fan experience. Responsibilities Work directly with the Ops Manager and Operations Supervisor to perform pre‑show and day‑of‑show duties. Ensure the venue is properly set up for concerts and special events. Teardown and clear the venue after events. Maintain a safe and clean venue by cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, walls, and restrooms; keep guest‑facing areas free of trash; restock restroom paper and hygiene products. Perform general maintenance and assist with projects such as painting, pressure washing, fire hose washing, mowing, trimming, and weed cleanup. Respond to guest inquiries or concerns and inform guests of venue amenities. Perform opening, running, and closing duties in accordance with Live Nation policy. Communicate to supervisor any issues and work with them to resolve guest or team member problems; consult or involve management if the situation escalates. Assist all departments when needed. Perform additional tasks as requested by management. Qualifications High School diploma required. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with an upbeat attitude. Calm composure around high‑profile artists and guests in a hectic, loud environment. Strong organizational and follow‑through skills; prioritization of duties. Effective communication with team members and managers; fosters unitary camaraderie. Maintains personal integrity. Preferred: Experience in a live music environment. Working knowledge of music venue operations. Physical Demands The work environment is fast‑paced, loud, and stressful. The position requires prolonged standing and working on your feet, lifting or moving up to 40 lbs using proper techniques, and working shift‑day events up to 15 hours.
