Overview Litigation Associate – Plaintiff-Side Employment (NYC) – Lower Manhattan (On-site). We are working with a well-established plaintiff-side employment law firm in Lower Manhattan seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing team. The firm focuses on discrimination, harassment, and workplace misconduct cases, representing individuals in high-impact, client-facing litigation. The Opportunity No billable hour requirement Strong compensation structure: Commissions/bonuses: $20K – $35K+ in year one Hands-on litigation experience from day one Depositions Motion practice Potential trial exposure Direct mentorship from experienced attorneys Clear path for growth to senior roles and partnership Healthy work-life balance in a collaborative environment The Role Handle a variety of plaintiff-side employment matters , including: Discrimination Harassment Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Participate in depositions, hearings, and litigation strategy Work directly with clients and contribute to case development Qualifications 1–5 years of civil litigation experience preferred (open to strong junior candidates) Strong writing, research, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment (5 days/week) Additional Notes The firm has 20+ attorneys and a strong track record in employment litigation We’ve made multiple successful placements here—great team and strong culture If you’re looking to move into plaintiff-side litigation or grow your experience in a hands-on, non-billable environment, this is a strong opportunity to consider.
