Commercial Operations Manager

A growing manufacturing organization is working to identify a Commercial Operations Manager who will lead and optimize the company's commercial operating system. This is a high-impact role focused on driving profitable growth through CRM strategy, pricing and quoting governance, contract management, commercial analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CRM strategy, adoption, optimization, and data governance.

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to measure revenue, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and commercial performance.

• Improve profitability by identifying margin improvement opportunities and partnering with cross-functional teams to address cost drivers.

• Manage commercial workflows including quoting, pricing, contracts, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and quality agreements.

• Build customer scorecards and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and decision-making.

• Coordinate customer visits, sales enablement activities, and executive-level presentations.

• Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Program Management, and Legal to ensure seamless commercial execution.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related function.

• Experience supporting a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

• Proven success leading CRM implementation, optimization, and adoption initiatives.

• Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, contracts, and commercial processes.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.

• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
