Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) - In-Person Behavioral Health Services in Skilled Nursing Facilities Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at CHE Behavioral, providing in-person behavioral health services to residents of skilled nursing facilities in Long Island NY. About the Role: As a Licensed Mental Health Professional, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to residents of skilled nursing facilities. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving the mental health and overall well-being of our patients.
