Customer Service Technician Location: Quincy, IL (Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch) Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Join Our Team! We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Technician to join our team in Quincy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers. Assist customers with order inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. Utilize customer management and order processing systems to support daily operations. Qualifications Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Positive attitude and professionalism when assisting customers, including those experiencing order-related frustrations. Previous customer service experience required. Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP systems preferred.
