Interview patients, obtain medical history, explain procedures, administer contrast, monitor for adverse reactions, assist physicians, and ensure proper documentation and labeling. Perform quality control testing, report issues, and collaborate with service engineer/biomed, physicist, and imaging leadership. Maintain QA compliance with ACR requirements and accreditation imaging requirements; capable of lifting 40–50 lbs. Respond to inquiries promptly, use PACT and AIDET communication behaviors, and participate in code and rapid response events. Provide orientation and training for new hires and students. Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively with other service lines. Prioritize exams to ensure smooth workflow and address stat requests. Adhere to hospital policies, regulations, infection control, education, metrics, and fiscal responsibility regarding equipment, supplies, scheduling, and overtime.
