Stadium Operations provides maintenance, clean-up, general ballpark operations, parking, and clubhouse operations for Pinnacle Park.Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee stadium maintenance and operations for Pinnacle ParkWork with all stadium contractors (plumbing, electrical, painters, cleaners etc) to maintain quality control of stadium maintenance and cleaningAssist in the preparation of each event held atOversee daily cleaning of the stadium concourse and high traffic areasHelp with receiving shipments and organizing all storage areas while maintaining materials inventoryAssist sales teams with putting up sponsorship banners, and signsOversee the recruiting, hiring, and training of game day staffDeveloping staff schedules, organizing daily, weekly work for staffAssist grounds crew as neededAbility to lift and move large items such as tables, chairs, and other equipmentHave a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a passion to be successful in the sports industryPossess a team-oriented attitude, relationship building and professional demeanorProvide unsurpassed external and internal customer service year roundStrong attention to detail, excellent communication skillsOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredExperience in building maintenance, janitorial service, stadium operationsStrong communication skills, strong event/entertainment backgroundMust be creative, detail oriented and be highly motivated and have a strong work ethicHonesty and strong attention to detail, strong attention to stadium cleanlinessAbility to handle multiple tasks in a high energy fast-paced environment, while skillfully blending efforts and requirements of multiple personnelBe able to list at least 50lbsAbility to work all Columbus Clingstones home games and events.Work schedule must be flexible – evenings, weekends and holidays required as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Diamond Baseball Holdings Llc
