Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and SAP support for the Production Maintenance Department. This position plays a key role in planning, scheduling, tracking, and documenting maintenance activities to ensure efficient operations and the successful execution of maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
• Utilize SAP to plan, schedule, and manage maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with planners, supervisors, and operations personnel.
• Monitor work order status, provide updates, and ensure timely completion.
• SAP Administration
• Create, update, comment on, and close maintenance work orders within SAP.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) plans and associated task lists.
• Ensure maintenance records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Generate reports and track maintenance performance metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain document control, correspondence, and daily activity reports.
• Support audits and compliance requirements through accurate recordkeeping.
• Communication & Coordination
• Attend planning, progress, and safety meetings.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and management teams to support project objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. 4 Year degree in a technical discipline
Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance and/or production experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance and construction experience; and proficiency with CAD
• Strong proficiency in SAP is required.
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and preventive maintenance programs preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.

• Schedule & Compensation
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• No per diem or relocation assistance is available.

Work may be performed in industrial and construction environments with exposure to weather conditions, temperature extremes, noise, dust, fumes, moving equipment, vibration, and other site-specific hazards. Employees must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and meet all customer, site, regulatory, medical, and fitness-for-duty requirements applicable to the position.

Must be able to perform all job duties while maintaining a constant commitment to safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
