Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students in a vibrant and collaborative educational setting near Littleton, CO. This full-time role focuses on delivering speech-language pathology services to a caseload of 33 students, Grades K-4, at a single school site. The position prioritizes candidates who can empower young learners, foster communication skills, and thrive in diverse school environments. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are highly valued.
Key Qualifications:
- Active CDE license in Colorado (or eligible to interview with pending license)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credentials encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP roles preferred
- Comfortable with teletherapy and in-person modalities; hybrid schedule negotiable for strong candidates
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a strong plus
- Commitment to developing individualized interventions for a K-4 caseload
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Complete evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and collaborate with teachers and families
- Maintain organized documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Support inclusive practices and contribute to a positive school culture
- Adapt services between in-person and teletherapy, as appropriate, with the flexibility to collaborate on scheduling
