Global Key Account Manager

We are seeking a Global Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships within the dental manufacturing sector. The position is can be based remotely within Germany and will require 35-40% travel. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement tailored go-to-market strategies for diverse customer segments. Drive new business opportunities, especially within existing large accounts at C-suite and senior stakeholder levels. Act as the primary interface, facilitating workshops, customer enablement, and process optimization. Support OEM workflow development and actively engage with customer operations. Maintain active customer engagement via CRM/ERP systems. Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Sales, Business Development, and Support. Ideal Candidate Profile Extensive experience within an aligner business, ideally with established networks in the global aligner market. Proven success in strategic business development and key account management. International experience outside the DACH region is essential.
