Global Account Manager

AVASO Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Global Account Manager with a proven network and established relationships in the IT services industry, particularly across multinational enterprises, OEMs, distributors, and global integrators. As the owner of large global accounts and driver of new business, the Global Account Manager leads customer engagement, large‑deal pursuits, and cross‑functional orchestration. The ideal candidate combines deep industry knowledge, a strong professional network, strategic thinking, and hands‑on commercial execution. This position offers broad exposure to complex global customer environments, multi‑tower solutioning, pricing strategy, and senior stakeholder management, with a key role in shaping AVASO’s growth trajectory across major economies. Website: Domain Knowledge – Services Industry (Mandatory Core) Based on the role definition requiring “direct experience in this domain” and “clear emphasis on Field Services and broader portfolio” Proven experience in IT services environment (not product‑only sales) Hands‑on exposure to Field Services (break‑fix, IMAC, onsite support, NBD, SBD, 24x7x4) Understanding of global service delivery models (multi‑country execution, dispatch models, SLAs) Experience with Depot / warehouse / spare part logistics models Familiarity with IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) / lifecycle services Exposure to Service Desk / EUC / DaaS environments Understanding of Walk‑in centers / onsite support channels / depot solutions / FSL Awareness of non‑traditional service channels (e.g., vending, automated distribution models) Ability to articulate end‑to‑end service ecosystem (not single tower thinking) Demonstrated ability to translate service operations into commercial value propositions Key Responsibilities – Sales & Commercial Capability (Mandatory Core) Aligned with role requirements: “owner of large global accounts,” “lead global sales cycles,” “multi‑country deals,” “pricing and contract ownership” Proven hunting capability (net new logo acquisition via own network) Proven farming capability (expansion within existing accounts) Experience with large, multi‑country / multi‑tower deals Experience handling legal/commercial documents (MSA, SOW, change orders, liability terms) Ability to lead RFP responses and complex proposals Experience operating in global matrix organizations (cross‑functional orchestration) Discipline in pipeline governance, forecasting, and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Business, IT, Economics, Engineering, or related fields) Experience 8–15 years in global IT services, managed services, or technology solution sales. Must have an established industry network and a proven track record within IT services. Experience in managing large global accounts, winning multi‑country, multi‑tower deals, generating new pipeline from existing and new relationships, working in complex, global matrix organizations.
