SUMMARY:
Provides high-level administrative and strategic support to Vice President-level executives, requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Acts as a trusted partner to ensure seamless daily operations, effective communication, and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Manages complex calendars, coordinates domestic and international travel, and serves as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders. Prepares executive-level materials, organizes meetings, and tracks action items and key initiatives to ensure deadlines are met. Handles sensitive information with discretion while supporting budget tracking, expense management, and cross-functional projects. Proactively anticipates needs and identifies opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Salary Range: Minimum 24.32/hour - Maximum 40.16/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.

SUMMARY:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field (Required)
- One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
- 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role (Required)
