Assembler

Our client , in Nebraska City, a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector in Nebraska City, is seeking an Assembler to join their team . As an Assembler , you will be part of the Production Department supporting both the 1st and 2nd shift teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail , reliability , and a collaborative mindset , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Nebraska City

Pay Range: $21 - 1st Shift- - $23/hr - 2nd Shift

What's the Job?

• Assemble and inspect products to ensure high quality

• Maintain safe and efficient operations

• Monitor production and participate in continuous improvement

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety guidelines

• Complete training on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift (if applicable)

What's Needed?

• Strong coordination, motor skills, and dexterity

• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Ability to read and write in English

What's in it for me?

• Pay rate -- $21/hr for 1st shift or $23/hr for 2nd shift

• Shifts: 1st shift - 5 am to 3:30 pm or 2nd shift - 3:30 pm - 2 am
