Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges.

• Develop personalized service plans that outline measurable goals, specific interventions, and systematic progress monitoring.

• Provide professional counseling and emotional support to individuals and families navigating life transitions, trauma, and crisis.

• Foster collaboration with clients to create tailored approaches that connect them with vital community resources.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary.

• Engage in partnerships with community agencies to coordinate comprehensive services, advocating effectively for clients’ needs.

• Contribute to team knowledge through participation in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing professional training.

Your work will primarily focus on empowering individuals and families facing significant life challenges, including mental health issues, substance use disorders, and socio-economic hardships. You will be expected to cultivate therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring cultural competence in all interactions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• Active and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
