We service multifamily communities, HOAs, retail centers, office buildings, hotels, parking garages, and other large commercial properties throughout Greater Los Angeles using commercial-grade equipment, modern cleaning systems, and innovative solutions like drone enabled cleaning for hard to access assets. Position Overview We’re looking for an experienced commercial sales professional to help drive our next stage of growth. This is not a traditional sales role and not a role for someone looking to be heavily managed. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated business development professional to build a book of business, develop long-term client relationships, and earn substantial uncapped commissions while working with a fast-growing commercial services company. Compensation 100% commission-based Uncapped earnings Realistic Year 1 earnings: $60,000–$120,000+ Top performers may exceed $150,000+ Residual commission on recurring maintenance accounts What We Provide A fast-growing commercial service brand with national backing Paid onboarding and training provided for qualified candidates. Access to an existing commercial prospect database, past opportunities, and dormant accounts to help accelerate ramp-up The ability to confidently pursue both small and large commercial opportunities, from individual properties to multi-site portfolios and national accounts Established relationships within key Los Angeles property management circles Operational team capable of servicing large commercial accounts Business development expense and mileage reimbursement Sales tools & proposal support Responsibilities Prospect and develop new commercial accounts Conduct in-person drop-ins and site visits Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, asset managers, and ownership groups Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and relationship development Identify cleaning opportunities across commercial properties Scope opportunities, develop proposals, and close profitable commercial accounts with support from leadership on larger or more complex projects Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and renewals Collaborate with leadership on larger strategic accounts Why This Opportunity Is Different You focus on sales and growth while our operations team handles fulfillment Large commercial contracts can generate substantial recurring revenue Our pricing tools and support systems reduce admin burden You’ll work directly with ownership and help shape our growth strategy Ideal Candidate This is not a role for someone expecting leads to be handed to them or needing constant direction.
