Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Are you motivated by turning inbound interest into real sales opportunities and getting rewarded for it?

At Keycafe, we're looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, qualify, and convert inbound leads into high-quality meetings for our Account Executive team. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers across Europe, including Spanish-speaking markets, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth for our global SaaS/IoT platform.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys engaging with decision-makers, and consistently meets or exceeds quotas. You'll respond to inbound inquiries, qualify business fit, and set up meetings that move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

You don't need a technical background but you do need curiosity and the ability to confidently explain how Keycafe's SmartBox and cloud platform solve operational challenges for businesses.

Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required, as you'll communicate with customers across multiple European markets.

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone and email

• Craft persuasive follow-up emails that drive engagement
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
