Location: Lithia Springs, GA (Fully on-site)
Shift: M-F, 7:30am-4pm
Pay: $20-24 (DOE)
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, meeting preparation, and correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, reports, charts, and data summaries.
- Record, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Maintain office files, supplies, and records while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Support budget preparation, expense tracking, and department reporting.
- Assist with new employee onboarding, orientation, and recognition efforts.
- Manage confidential information with discretion.
- Assist/lead small projects throughout the operation.
- Provide support in receiving and/or picking when needed.
- Pull and analyze data from the warehouse management system to support leadership in decision-making.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role supporting director-level leadership or higher.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and similar applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
- Comfortable with both administrative and operational tasks.
