EXECUTIVE CHEF - NOW HIRING | NEW Upscale Restaurant Coming to N. Indianapolis

An award-winning Upscale steakhouse is coming to Indianapolis and we're searching for an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary team from day one.

If you're passionate about premium steaks, fresh seafood, scratch cooking, and creating unforgettable guest experiences, this is your opportunity to build something special with a respected and growing brand.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all back-of-house operations


• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team


• Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency


• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and kitchen profitability


• Execute a polished, high-volume dining experience


• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence

We're Looking For:

• Executive Chef or strong Executive Sous Chef experience


• High-volume, upscale or polished casual background


• Proven leadership and team development skills


• Financial acumen with strong food and labor cost controls


• Passion for hospitality and culinary excellence
