You will join a collaborative team of rehabilitation professionals committed to evidence-based practice, family-centered care, and ongoing clinical education. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing re-assessment to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Daily responsibilities include direct one-on-one treatment sessions, caregiver education, documentation in an electronic medical record, and coordination of care with referring providers and other pediatric specialists.

You can expect a structured yet manageable caseload, with appointment lengths tailored to the needs of each child and a focus on functional, play-based interventions that support participation in home, school, and community settings. Typical procedures and interventions may include sensory integration-based therapy, fine motor and handwriting support, self-care and activities of daily living training, motor planning and coordination activities, and social engagement strategies appropriate for pediatric clients.
