???? What will your duties be?

• Validate, sign, and issue academic documents, including certificates, diplomas, and student records for active students and graduates
• Coordinate the issuance and printing of official academic documentation
• Manage apostille processes and ensure proper tracking of document requests
• Provide student support via phone, email, and in-person regarding academic documentation
• Receive, process, and deliver academic records and institutional documents
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure documentation compliance
• Support administrative processes within the Academic Administrative Management department
• ????What are we looking for?
• 2+ years of administrative experience in higher education, Registrar, student services, academic operations, or document management
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality handling sensitive academic information
• Experience managing official documentation and administrative processes
• Fluent English & Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to work onsite in Miami, FL
• Experience signing or validating institutional/official documents is a plus
