Pohanka Toyota of Salisbury and Mercedes-Benz of Salisbury are actively seeking an experienced dealership professional to join our growing team in a high-level administrative support role.

We are looking for someone with previous automotive dealership experience who can successfully handle warranty administration, cashiering, loaner vehicle coordination, and general dealership clerical responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION:
$24.00 $36.00 per hour depending on experience, dealership background, manufacturer experience, and overall skill level.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Processing and submitting warranty claims accurately and efficiently
Monitoring claim status, resubmissions, and warranty receivables
Assisting service customers with cashiering and payment processing
Coordinating and tracking loaner vehicles
Supporting service advisors and management with clerical and administrative duties
Filing repair orders, maintaining records, and handling manufacturer documentation
Assisting with customer communication and dealership support operations
Maintaining professionalism and organization in a fast-paced dealership environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous automotive dealership experience REQUIRED
Warranty administration experience preferred
Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, or import dealership experience is a major plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Computer proficiency and dealership software experience preferred
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic required
