Job Title: Director of Nursing (DON) - Emergency Room Location: Bronx, NY 10451 Duration: 3+ months (Possible extensions or Full-time Conversions) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM | 7.5 Hours/Day | 37.5 Hours/Week Pay Rate: $3920 - $4020/ week ($104.5 - 107.2/hr. on W2) - Highly Negotiable/Travel and Local Rates Notes: DON- Must have Emergency Room experience and DON experience Job Summary: The Director of Nursing (DON) will provide nursing leadership and supervision while overseeing clinical operations and ensuring quality patient care. The ideal candidate must have strong supervisory experience along with Emergency Room and Director of Nursing experience. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 7 years of nursing experience Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience Emergency Room experience required Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) experience required in Emergency Department Strong nursing leadership and supervisory skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to speak, read, and write English Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program required Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred Licensure & Certifications: Active New York State RN License Primary Source Verification of RN License and Registration through NYSED #J-18808-Ljbffr
