FMS Case Manager

Position Overview Piper Companies is looking for a FMS Case Manager to join DoD consulting company supporting CECOM project and SAM-D program. This position is onsite at APG (Aberdeen Proving Ground). Essential Duties Provide weapon systems support and manage the FMS (foreign military sales) case process from cradle to grave, from initial request of equipment through planning for long‑term program life‑cycle sustainment. Handle foreign military sales transactions for SE‑FI equipment (communications, surveillance, intelligence) under the SAM‑D program. Prepare Letters of Acceptance (LOA), identify material, services, and shipping requirements, and estimate system life‑cycle costs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, or Associate’s degree and 7 years of experience. Minimum Secret security clearance. Experience in foreign military sales (FMS). Experience as a logistician, program analyst, financial analyst, case manager, or similar roles. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (based on experience). Hybrid flexibility.
