Sales Specialist

SHR Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing specialty real estate finance company seeking an ambitious Sales Associate to help establish its presence in the Nashville market. This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career sales professional to join a highly entrepreneurial organization with significant long-term earning potential and a clearly defined path toward leadership. This will be working Remotely with required residency in the Nashville, TN area.

The ideal candidate is naturally competitive, relationship-oriented, and motivated by performance-based compensation. Rather than simply filling a sales position, our client is looking for someone they can develop into the foundational employee for a future Nashville office.

What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with real estate investors across the country.
• Educate prospective borrowers on investment lending solutions.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new lending opportunities.
• Consult with investors throughout the financing process from initial inquiry through closing.
• Partner closely with underwriting and operations teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Develop expertise within the investment real estate lending industry.
• Help establish and grow the company's long-term Nashville presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly competitive with a genuine interest in sales and relationship building.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into leadership.
• Coachable and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
• Interest in real estate, finance, investing, or lending is a plus.

Training & Development

The selected candidate will complete an immersive training program at the company's headquarters for approximately three months. Housing, travel, and related expenses will be covered by the company.
