Sales & Marketing Director
Location: Main Campus
Job Description:
Develop & execute sales & marketing strategies; ensure consistent branding on all forms of media
Develop opportunities for individuals and groups to visit
Monitor & analyze marketing metrics for effectiveness; recommend & implement improvements
Develop promotional materials for ancillary services onsite at Advent Christian Village (clinic, grocer, food venues, etc.)
Oversee the campus admission (move-in) and move-out process
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
5+ years' experience in residential sales, or marketing healthcare or senior living preferred
PC literacy in office, database, & graphics software required
Must be personable, professional, & communicate well
Valid FL DL required
**required for an interview English Speaking Employer – Must Speak English – Fluency Required Criminal Background Checks Required
