Media Relations Assistant – Job Description Position Title: Media Relations Assistant Department: Athletic Promotions – Troy Position Type: Classified Staff/Hourly Work Status: Part-Time (IPT) Location: Troy – T01 Posting Number: SF2554P Job Summary: The Media Relations Assistant in the Athletic Promotions Office assists the Media Relations Director and Assistant Director with daily operations, including the design and layout of media guides and other printed materials, as well as compiling, organizing, and archiving records. Responsibilities Assist the Media Relations Director and Assistant Director in daily department operations. Design and lay out media guides and other printed materials. Compile, organize, and archive department records. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory). Additional Information Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility.
