Human Resources Coordinator

We're partnering with a great organization in the Hampton, NH area to hire an HR Coordinator for a 6-month contract . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with data, has experience in Excel, and is interested in supporting HR and employee benefits. Location: Hampton, NH Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Onsite 2 days a week Pay: $22-$24/hour Type: 6-Month Contract What You'll Do Process employee benefit enrollment and change requests Complete and submit state benefit request forms Audit and process benefit invoices for accuracy Process employee reimbursements and status changes Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation Provide administrative support to the HR team while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail What We're Looking For Previous administrative experience in an office environment Experience working in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and spreadsheets Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion HR or benefits administration experience is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working behind the scenes to keep HR processes running smoothly, and are looking for a flexible hybrid opportunity, we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr The Nagler Group
