Sales Operations Analyst As a Sales Operations Analyst you will be focused on supporting our Operations, Business Development teams, and sometimes external vendors or customers through the management of key processes and reporting activities. You will strive to find opportunities for improvement along the way, and we provide all the runway you need to execute on these findings. Responsibilities Aid in customer pricing, allowance and rebate management Provide sales and promotion reporting to both internal teams and vendors Work across a wide range of tools and systems Collaborate and drive communication with cross-functional teams Analyze broad varieties of data to find opportunities, trends and implement appropriate actions Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivots and VLOOKUPs) A burning desire to win and relentlessly pursue excellence A coachable, hungry attitude primed for growth Multi-tasking capabilities and a desire to work in a fast‑paced environment An analytical, detail-oriented personality with an ability to think creatively Strong interpersonal skills for working with customers, vendors, and team members Pay Range and Incentives Pay Range: $4,124.70 - $7,791.30 (Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles). This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
