You’ll enjoy a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, providing services at 1-2 school locations, with full support and supervision from district staff. Typical SLPA responsibilities will be expected, and you’ll also receive paid time for admin and team meetings. Interviews are conducted virtually over Zoom, making the process flexible and accessible, especially for those open to travel assignments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLPA credentials and eligibility to work in North Carolina
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to collaborate with supervising SLP-CCC and educational teams
• Commitment to upholding district, state, and federal regulations
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting and background checks

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and carry out individualized treatment plans as assigned by supervising SLP
• Conduct both individual and group speech-language sessions
• Track session progress and assist with administrative documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and paid team meetings
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
