Spring Lake, MI, 1st Shift, $16.00+ per hour

Job Summary

Are you looking for a fresh opportunity with a growing company? A Spring Lake manufacturer specializing in powder coating metal parts is seeking reliable Powdercoat Painters to join their team on 1st shift. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position with opportunities for long-term employment. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Spray powder coat paint on parts according to company quality standards
• Ensure parts are properly hung on the powder coat paint line
• Inspect painted parts for quality and paint defects
• Remove finished parts from the hang line and package them into bins or crates
• Prepare completed products for shipment
• Load and unload parts on the production line
• Follow all operational, quality, and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the shift
• Ability to read and interpret written procedures, part numbers, and operational instruction sheets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
