Staff Physical Design Engineer — 3D IC & Hybrid Bonding

Tesla Motors, Inc. is seeking a Staff Physical Design Engineer to own the physical implementation of complex 3D IC stacks, from floorplan to signoff, using advanced hybrid bonding. You will tackle die-to-die integration and optimize layouts to meet aggressive performance, power, and area targets.
