This is a senior culture-shaping role for someone who brings equal passion to building people capability and driving operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead the resort's learning strategy, quality improvement programs, and service standards, partnering with leaders at every level to embed a high-performance, guest-first culture.What You'll DoLead the full Learning and Development function, including training needs analysis, program design, delivery, and effectiveness measurementChampion quality management across the resort, overseeing continuous improvement initiatives, operational audits, and service standards complianceAct as a strategic partner to the HR Director, General Manager, and Executive Committee on talent, engagement, and organizational effectivenessIdentify capability gaps across departments and develop targeted programs that strengthen performance and support succession planningMonitor and analyse guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and quality performance data to inform strategy and report to leadershipDevelop and manage the L&D and Quality budget, measuring return on investment and business impactBuild internal training capability by developing departmental trainers and maintaining a strong resource libraryDesign and implement recognition programs that reinforce a culture of service excellence and continuous improvementWhat You BringMinimum 4 years of experience in Learning and Development, Quality Management, or Organizational DevelopmentPrevious management experience within a luxury hospitality environmentDemonstrated ability to design and facilitate leadership development programs and drive organizational changeStrong analytical skills with experience using quality performance data to influence decisionsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management SystemsA collaborative, influential communicator who can engage and inspire leaders at all levelsBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferredWhat's OfferedSalary of USD $100,000 per year, with flexibility based on experienceRelocation allowanceHousing allowance
