HR Assistant

Job Title: HR Assistant (Recruiting & HR Organization)Location: Fresno, CAHours: 8am-5pmPay: $26Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support recruiting efforts and help organize HR processes and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both people interaction and behind-the-scenes organization. You will play a key role in recruiting for hourly positions while also building and maintaining structured Excel reports to improve HR visibility and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Recruit for hourly positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidatesReview resumes and track candidate progress throughout the hiring processConduct phone outreach, schedule interviews, and support onboarding activitiesMaintain and organize candidate tracking and hiring data in ExcelBuild and manage Excel reports to support HR and recruiting functionsAssist with HR file clean-up, organization, and general administrative supportCommunicate effectively with both candidates and internal teamsQualifications:Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, specifically for hourly rolesConversational Spanish required (must be able to communicate verbally)Intermediate Excel skills, including creating and maintaining reportsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and follow-up skillsWhat We’re Looking For:Someone proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of both recruiting and HR clean-up projects.
