Senior Client Relationship Manager, Global Clients & Industries

We are thrilled to partner with an Am Law top 10 firm in its search for a Senior Client Relationship Manager, who would play a critical role in deepening and expanding client relationships with the firm’s most strategic clients. Based in either their LA or Silicon Valley office, this position comes as a relatively rare global Client Development role that would focus its efforts within priority sectors and companies with a strong presence on the West Coast. We would love to speak with individuals with a strong background in Client Relationship Development within a law firm or professional services environment. Prior experience working with stakeholders in the tech space would make for the ideal candidate. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and partners, focusing on business development opportunities—especially for clients based on the West Coast. Collaborate with Global Industry Group Leaders to design and implement go-to-market strategies that align with the firm’s broader growth priorities. Lead and manage select Global Strategic Clients, including setting engagement goals, developing client plans, and tracking performance across service lines. Foster cross-functional collaboration by connecting internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of the firm’s services. Support strategic client initiatives, including pitches, proposals, RFPs, and presentations, ensuring alignment with sector trends and client needs.
